Definition of Judicial Translation:

Judicial Translation is a type of Translation where is used court documents such as, letters of rogatory decisions, ,statements, similarly expert testimony, evidence of testimony, is used commonly, Judicial proceeding acts.


What is difference between Judicial and Legal?

It is often seen that some translators are confused, and some are suspicious between them (Judicial Translation, Legal Translation) 

Judicial Translation: That is, everything is related to the court of law while Legal translation: That is, everything is related to the law.

  Judicial Translation is a unique field, it has own language, It wants  judicial specialist who guide to the language of the judiciary, the context of court files for recognizing, as far as I think (experience of mine)a Judicial translator all upper things must be taken care of, Also, I want to add one more thing, A judicial translator knows a little bit that country whose, is translating, doesn't matter, If he does not know, then he should ask any experience person or job provider in this field, that would be great for a translator.

 

Conclusion: The Judicial translator should care of,  during the translation court things like evidence of testimony,  files of rogatory, statements, similarly expert testimony, special meaning, most important contexts etc.
